Menu No.1 : „Brewery“

  • Set on the table: Pork butcher´s platter – 80g/pp
  • ( ½ pc of pickled sausage, 30g pork scraps spread, 30g light head cheese, 2 pieces.of bread)
  • Chicken noodle soup, roll 1 ps
  • 180g Pork cubes roasted with onion in black beer, served with red cabbage, bread and potato dumpling
  • Dessert

Menu No. 2 „Eat and drink as much as you can“

  • The guests have unlimited consummation for a flat rate during max 3 hours.
  • In this rate is included beer Prazdroj 12° and roasted meats according to daily offer (roast chicken, duck, pork knee, smoked shoulder of pork, smoked ribs, marinated chicken wings,...)
  • In this price is included just beer Prazdroj 12° and choice of roasted meats .In this price is NOT included non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, wines, coffee, bread.

  • Chicken noodle soup, roll 1 ps
  • 150g Choice of completed dish ( direct at the table )
  1. Brewery goulash, assorted dumplings
  2. Roasted beef sirloin in cream sauce, cranberries, bread dumplings
  3. Czech classic ( pork, smoked meat ), sauerkraut, bread and potato dumplings
  4. Stuffed turkey breasts, steamed rice, fresh vegetables
  5. Vegetable plate with dill-yoghurt dressing, eggs and cheese, rolls 2 ps
  6. Salad with a selection of vegetables and tuna, french dressing, roll 2 ps

  • 1 ps Roasted pork knee according to the recipe of Pilsen brewers, mashed potatoes with bacon, Chod cabbage

Breakfast No. 2 – „Buffet“ (over 20 persons)

  • 50g of smoked meat, 50g of cheeses, fried eggs, 30g of roasted bacon, butter, honey and jam in portions , 2 ps/pp small wedding cakes, apple strudel, 80g of fruits, 2 slices of bread, 2 rolls

We can arrange various musical evenings.
Music of your choice – brass music, folklore and modern. Prices from 2000,- CZK

Services and information

Every Wednesday from 6.30 p.m., a band plays for dancing and listening in the Na Spilce Restaurant.
From May to September, the garden alehouse is in operation (in the courtyard of Plzeňský Prazdroj).

With respect to all the offers mentioned, we require a written order 2 working days prior to your arrival at the latest, and in the case of musical evenings at least a week in advance.

State the following data in a written order:

Name and registered office of your company in accordance with the Business Register, contacts, identification number, tax identification number, name and registered office of your bank and account number.

Conditions of cancellation:

Within one calendar day 75% of the price
In the day of an ordered event 100% of the price

Commission system:

  • each 11 person free of charge ( for the groups from 20 persons)

Parking

  • Parking in the brewery’s car park is free of charge for clients.
