accompanied by the world-famous Plzeňský Prazdroj.
It is frequently visited by well-known figures from
Czech and international public life.
And we have collected enough recipes from them
to fill an entire book –
“Hvězdám chutná U Salzmannů” (“How the Stars Enjoy the Taste of U Salzmannů”).
You might know many of our delicacies from the television
or the Plzeňský Deník newspaper, from the series “Salzmannův receptář” (“The Salzmann Recipe Book”).

Another pleasant place to sit is in the lounge, designed for up to 50 people
to sit together at a table, or for 80 people with a theatre or feast layout.
Its cosy atmosphere makes it ideal for holding family or corporate celebrations, school-leaving get-togethers,
receptions, weddings, or banquets. The lounge also includes an outdoor atrium, which is the perfect place to sit in hot summer evenings.
 

In summer you are sure to enjoy sitting under our pergola or the sunshades in the garden in the courtyard of our building. You can get there either through the back gate from the Masné krámy gallery or through the main entrance from Pražská street.
